Did Not Attend (DNA) Policy

We ask that you please use our appointments responsibly. In March 2024, 181 appointments were wasted by patients who either did not turn up or cancel with enough notice for the appointment to be offered to another patient. This is equivalent to 4 days of clinicians' time wasted.
