Warts (Cryotherapy)

A wart (also known as verruca) is a benign skin lesion which if found on the soles may cause discomfort when walking. They can also be unsightly if found elsewhere. Dr Cheang runs a regular wart clinic, this involves treatment of the wart with liquid nitrogen gas which will freeze the lesion. Please be aware that this is a painful procedure as it causes a frost bite burn to the skin. We do not recommend treatment of anyone below the age of 12 unless under exceptional circumstances.
