REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS
The Practice will be undergoing extensive computer upgrade work over the period 11/12/13 March 2009. We apologise for the disruption to normal services during this time as internet access will be severely reduced. This may result in non-availability of on-line booking and a delay in on-line prescription requests. It is anticipated normal service will be resumed by Monday 16 March. |

Please order repeat medication personally, in writing enclosing a SAE, or by telephone on 0117 9082361 between 9.00am –1.00pm, Mon-Fri.
You can also click here to order online.
Patients can also make their own arrangement with a local Chemist of their choice for prescription collection and delivery. Please allow two working days for your prescription to be available for collection. Prescriptions are usually made available for collection after 2pm. Patients on repeat medication will have their care reviewed at regular intervals.
